威刚所有耐宽温产品皆符合JESD218A: SSD Requirement and Endurance Test Method 耐用性测试规范,保证颗粒、元件、PCB板在-40°C 到 85°C的工业级宽温范围,仍保有高效能、高可靠性表现。
威刚独家"宽温循环"测试流程
检测人员将闪存与内存置入宽温测试箱里,于-40°C及85°C分别烧化 (如: SATA 1TB产品测试一次约200分钟),通过快速、急遽的温度改变以检验产品在极端温度下的效能状态,包含高温高电压、高温低电压、低温高电压与低温低电压四种极限条件下确认读写是否正常,并以LED信号灯显示,未达标准的产品就会另外挑出,进行额外检测以排除问题。
目前,威刚多款工业级内存、固态硬盘、存储卡均支持耐宽温功能(-40°C至85°C),包括SO-DIMM、ECC SO-DIMM内存、PCIe/SATA SSD、CFast卡、SD/mcroSD卡等多种规格,满足行业客户多样化的需求。
