BiCS5 NVMe/SATA Flash Storage for Robust Automation

ADATA's latest flash storage products utilize 112-layer (BiCS5) 3D TLC NAND flash from KIOXIA and WDC, and support the latest PCIe Gen 4 interface. They not only feature high capacity up to 4TB and 3K P/E cycles for greater product longevity, but also excellent read/write performance up to 7400/6800 MB/s with NVMe 1.4 support. At the same time, the BiCS5 SSDs support Thermal Throttling technology, enabling users to manage temperature changes and protect data.

To ensure greater durability, ADATA’s BiCS5 SSDs and memory cards undergo wide-temperature testing (-40°C to 85°C). As for data security and integrity, the BiCS5 SSDs support LDPC ECC, End-to-end (E2E) data path protection, as well as A⁺ Security data security technologies, such as AES 256-bit encryption and TCG OPAL 2.0. In addition, with ADATA’s proprietary A⁺ OPAL software, customers can also easily activate TCG OPAL for all ADATA’s industrial-grade NVMe and SATA III SSDs that support TCG OPAL.

DDR5 4800 Industrial-Grade DRAM Modules

ADATA's DDR5 4800 DRAM module lineup includes U-DIMM, SO-DIMM, and R-DIMM variants, and features on-die ECC technology. They utilize SAMSUNG original ICs, offer capacities of 8GB, 16GB and 32GB, and operate at 1.1V for improved energy efficiency over DDR4. The DDR5 4800 series utilizes 30µ PCB gold plating for improved signal transmission and come with optional features such as anti-sulfuration protection and conformal coating technology for resilience against pollution, dust, and humidity.
