-       High-Speed Transmission, Low Voltage, and Power Management Optimization: DDR5 memory achieves a maximum transfer rate of 6.4Gbps, doubling the speed of DDR4’s 3.2Gbps. DDR5 operates at a reduced voltage of 1.1V compared to DDR4’s 1.2V, enhancing energy efficiency while featuring built-in power management to precisely control system power loads.

-       Higher Memory Frequency: DDR5 offers double the bandwidth of DDR4, with approximately 38% higher transmission bandwidth. Its frequency of 5600MHz surpasses DDR4’s 3200MHz by 75%. Future DDR5 frequencies are expected to reach up to 8400MHz, further enhancing system bandwidth.
