SPS Italia is a fair for intelligent, digital, and flexible industries. Founded in 2011, the Fair is an annual appointment to discuss the most important issues of tomorrow, recognized as a reference point for the Italian manufacturing sector. As the global leader of industrial-grade memory, ADATA will be showcasing its latest industrial-grade solutions with several proprietary technologies. These will include ADATA’s high-performance industrial-grade ADATA NVMe PCIe Gen4 x4 SSD, 112-layer 3D NAND (BiCS5) flash storage products, and DDR5 4800 DRAM modules developed for IoT applications and industrial automation. We sincerely invite you to visit us at SPS Italia 2023 at the Fiere Fiere di Parma Fairground, Italy from May 23 – 25. We will be happy to meet and talk about most ideal solutions for you.

100K P/E Cycles With Upgraded A⁺ SLC Technology

At present, ADATA has taken the lead in introducing its 100K P/E cycle technology into a variety of industrial-grade solid-state hard drives and memory cards including 2.5-inch ISSS31C in the SATA 31C series, IM2S31C8 M.2 2280/IM2S31C4 M.2 2242 SSDs, PCIe 32A series IM2P32A8 M.2 2280/IM2P32A4 M.2 2242 SSDs, and the ICFS31C CFast memory card. Through ADATA's upgraded A⁺ SLC technology, the standard 3K (3,000 cycles) P/E cycle of ordinary 3D TLC flash memory can be increased to 100K (100,000 cycles), greatly increasing product lifespan 33-fold. A⁺ SLC can fully satisfy the needs of customers who require long-term and complete data preservation.
