ADATA’s industrial-grade DDR5 ECC U-DIMM and ECC SO-DIMM memory modules utilize original SAMSUNG ICs and offer capacities of 16GB and 32GB. DDR5 performs at twice the bandwidth of DDR4 with data transfer rates of up to 4800 MT/s, while also operating at a lower 1.1V for improved energy efficiency. In addition, they feature on-module Power Management ICs (PMIC), which improve power management and provide a more stable power supply with per-module granularity. What’s more, the DDR5 ECC U-DIMM and SO-DIMM memory modules are equipped with On-die ECC (error correcting code) and Side-band ECC technologies for more reliable data transmissions.
