The 2.5-inch ADATA ISSS31AP SSD is equipped with 112-layer 3D eTLC (BiCS5) NAND flash to provide excellent read and write performance as well as high capacities. Its 7K P/E cycle rating ensures long-lasting durability while a DRAM Buffer offers improved IOPS and read/write speeds. What’s more, with PLP (Power Loss Protection) these SSDs guard against data loss when a sudden power failure occurs and feature additional capacitors with a short circuit protection mechanism. With support for LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) error correcting code technology, ISSS31AP SSDs can detect and fix errors to ensure data integrity and thus enjoy extended lifespans. These SSDs are purpose-made for AIoT, 5G, transportation, NAS, edge computing, and surveillance system applications.
