The 2.5-inch ADATA ISSS31CP industrial-grade SSD is equipped with 112-layer 3D TLC (BiCS5) NAND flash to provide excellent read and write performance as well as high capacities. What’s more, with PLP (Power Loss Protection) these SSDs guard against data loss when a sudden power failure occurs, and also uses tantalum polymer capacitors with short circuit protection mechanism. With support for LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) error correcting code technology, ISSS31CP SSDs can detect and fix errors to ensure data integrity and thus enjoyed extended lifespans. The solid state drives are purpose-made for car-mounted system, base station, transportation, aerospace, defense, and surveillance systems applications.
