ADATA Industrial Debuts at Electronica India Showcasing Expanded AI Application Capabilities

Internal R&D team creates exclusive value-added technologies to meet the data security, durability, and broad temperature requirements of AI applications

ADATA Industrial will showcase a series of BiCS5 3D (e)TLC storage products that feature KIOXIA and WDC components and cover a variety of mainstream specifications including 2.5 inch, M.2 2280/2242, mSATA SSDs and CFast/ microSD memory cards. In addition to highly-efficient and durable industrial-grade SSDs, ADATA Industrial will also display 7.68TB large-capacity SATA III SSDs and BiCS5 M.2 2280 SSDs with PCIe Gen4x4 ultra-high-speed transmission interfaces, which have passed numerous verifications to reach DWPD>1, greatly Increasing the service life of these SSDs.

In response to increasing worldwide demand for AIoT, ADATA Industrial’s R&D team presents unique value-added technologies for data security, durability, and high temperature resistance, which are among the most important aspects of AI-related vertical applications. With the development of a new generation of cloud and AI industries, data privacy has become one of the most serious issues in digital trade. ADATA Industrial's exclusive data security encryption software A+ OPAL is the solution to this problem and is applicable to all TCG OPAL-supporting ADATA industrial-grade NVMe and SATA III SSDs. It provides users with comprehensive encryption protection through a simple and timely process. In order to enhance data reliability, ADATA Power Loss Protect is implemented through software and hardware and utilizes reliable Tantalum polymer capacitors to activate the protection mechanism when the system is powered off abnormally to back up important hard drive data. Furthermore, when intelligent automation, harsh operating environments, and extreme temperature tolerance must be considered, ADATA Industrial has launched corresponding broad-temperature-resistant storage products, which must pass ADATA’s exclusive broad-temperature testing process (Wide Temperature Test Flow - repeated testing to ensure that the product can maintain stable and reliable operation in the extreme temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.) before leaving the factory.

Industrial-grade DDR5 5600 memory

Another highlight of ADATA Industrial at Electronica India is the company’s high-performance DDR5 5600 industrial-grade memory solution, which will be exhibited in a variety of specifications including U-DIMM, SO-DIMM, R-DIMM, etc. These products support On-die ECC error correction, utilize strictly screened high-quality components, are available in a variety of capacities, and only require a low 1.1V to operate. These memory modules adopt a 30µ gold-plated PCB coating which stabilizes and defines signal transmission. In addition, ADATA Industrial can also provide customized services according to customer needs such as anti-vulcanization technology and conformal coatings to strengthen against contamination, dust and humidity, and greatly extend the service life of the product.
