To fulfill the emerging demands of 5G, IoT, IoV, AI, networking, servers, ADATA has launched the new BiCS5 series of 112-layer 3D TLC flash storage products with improved performance and high capacity up to 4TB. The new BiCS5 series support PCIe and SATA III interfaces, and come with various form factors, including 2.5", M.2 2280, M.2 2242, mSATA SSDs, and CFast cards for high compatibility. In addition, ADATA also implements KIOXIA/WDC Original IC with wide temperature support from -40°C to 85°C, to ensure excellent durability and product longevity.
