ISSS31AP solid state drives implement 96-layer 3D NAND Flash which It has a large capacity of 4TB, and built-in SLC cache and DRAM cache buffer. What’s more, with PLP (Power Loss Protection) these SSDs guard against data loss when a sudden power failure occurs, and also uses tantalum polymer capacitors with short circuit protection mechanism. With support for LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) error correcting code technology, ISSS31AP SSDs can detect and fix errors to ensure data integrity and thus enjoyed extended lifespans. The solid state drives are purpose-made for transportation, surveillance systems, medical. To ensure SSD quality, compatibility, and reliability, all ISSS31AP SSDs undergo ADATA's SSD validation process, covering functionality testing and reliability validation.
